Menu may include felafel; chatzilim (eggplant dip); chummus; rotev tahini (sesame paste dressing); kishooim (fried squash); salat gezer (Moroccan carrot salad); salat turkie (red pepper salad); and sh’tiyah (cold melon-mint-yogurt drink).
